Nick Fry, former Formula One boss, has been announced as a special guest speaker at Dentaid The Dental Charity’s Mercedes-Benz World track day event.
The former CEO of the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One team will be giving a speech entitled ‘How To Win’ at the charity’s fundraising event on September 19, 2025.
With a wealth of experience in motorsports, Nick will be sharing his experience of transforming an unsuccessful team into one of the greatest. His inspirational speech focuses on the leadership, culture and fast decision making needed to succeed within the Formula One circuit, offering motivation and ideas that are applicable to every business.
Nick has been a part of the teams that won the F1 Drivers and Constructors Championships on seven separate occasions. His biggest success story came in 2009 when he and Ross Brawn bought the Honda Formula One team in a management buyout. They transformed it to Brawn GP, leading the team to a historic Formula One World Championship win with Jenson Button at the wheel.
In October 2021, Nick was appointed as the non-executive chairman at McLaren Applied.
The full-day event taking place at Mercedes Benz World in Weybridge, Surrey will offer attendees the chance to get behind the wheel of the Mercedes AMG V8 around the track, as well as going off-road in their Mercedes V8 G-Wagon. Guests will also experience an F1 simulator and enjoy a two-course bistro lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
Tickets are £499 each and all profits from the day will support Dentaid’s work providing outreach dental care for people experiencing homelessness, harm, poverty and abuse.
