Bupa Dental Care held its first-ever ‘Dental Health Is… Live’ conference in January 2025. It welcomed more than 1,000 clinicians and practice managers from its network across the UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI) to explore the future of patient care and the connection between oral and overall health.

The conference featured a ‘Visionary Panel’ led by Neil Sikka, director of dentistry at Bupa Dental Care, joined by dental and healthcare market experts, including Dirk Rolf-Gieselmann, Miguel Stanley, Liz Heath, Jac Clark, and Colin Campbell. The panel discussed the evolving role of dentistry in whole-body health.

Held at the ICC in Wales, the conference included an exhibition with suppliers and partners showcasing the latest dental technology and innovation.

Attendees also had the chance to participate in a series of interactive CPD-verified workshops covering key topics, including digital dentistry, connected healthcare and mindful peak performance.
